Pretty good game, i enjoyed it quite.
Artwise the game is pretty much gorgeous. One could complain about the style of the player and NPCs not matching the background but i can see the limb mechanic needed it and personally i like how it looks and feel like it gives the character and enemies a good contrast that makes it easier to find them on the screen. It had a few weak points like the UI, weird transitions between incline and not inclined terrain and the sprite flipping animation showing up at weird times but other than that it was great.

Another standout is the dynamic music, i loved the little detail of adding instruments as sound effects. Another nice detail is the egg moving when you mouse over the play button.

Gameplay wise, i love playing little games like these with a few new mechanics, but i have to admit it wasn't that great the idea of you and enemies losing limbs is fun and it was also very enjoyable hitting the weak spots in the enemies however it didn't seem to do much else and that made it kinda pointless. The platforming was rather clunky and felt more like a drag than part of the game at times although it proved for a good challenge when standing on small platforms fighting flying enemies and dodging projectiles.

The game felt hard but not in the good way i think this may have been an issue with lack of playtasting. As a dev it is often easy to  think the game your making is easy from playing it so many times and getting used to the gameplay no matter how clunky it is, this is usually fixed by giving the game to other people and asking them to tell you where you can tweak values to make it better.

I felt the enemies provided good variety.

Also nice last level but i gave up on the boss from a combination of not knowing whether i was hurting it or not and built up frustration from replaying the previous levels.

Many thanks for playing, appreciate your comments they are very helpfull
